Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

If an order is cancelled within the permitted period after payment has been successfully received, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
