All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed securely through our approved payment partners. We do not store your payment card information.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any reason beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping

Shipping within Pakistan is available nationwide.

International shipping is also available, with delivery charges and delivery times varying depending on the destination country.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Exchange & Refund

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including size, color, or customer preference, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Cash refunds are not offered except where a product has a verified manufacturing defect or a serious issue confirmed by our support team.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Customers are required to provide clear photographs and/or videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product images, graphics, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Shy by Shumaila and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shy by Shumaila shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by applicable law.
